Colchicine 500mcg Tablets are used to treat and prevent acute gout flare-ups, a type of inflammatory arthritis caused by the build-up of uric acid crystals in the joints.
They may also be prescribed for familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) and other inflammatory conditions under specialist medical supervision.
