Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of medicines, we cannot accept returns of prescription items once dispatched.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for a replacement or refund.
Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days in unopened condition.
